Just finished taking a shower, woke up at 2:30 am today for the reason that my body wanted to. So I stayed awake because my mind wanted to, heated up some instant coffee too to make it real, too.
That’s how it goes now. I feel my body and mind falling into sync with what I have and want to do.
Now, did I do anything after the two cups of instant coffee? Yes,
I listened to my favorite Youtube Gamer… Streamer… Person, his username is “Garystillplays.” He is quite a hoot (lol).
I enjoy him.
Anyways, after that, I just let myself fall back to sleep. I thought about cycling then, but I decided not to.
I fell back to sleep and woke up feeling energized, and there is something about drinking coffee before a nap that brings out the Colombian in me.
Oh, I fell back to sleep around 5:30ish am and woke up around 9:30ish am.
So I cycled 4.5 miles after I woke up the second time around, It isn’t that far,
but the significance of it is that I didn’t have to push myself to do it.
I did it without an internal complaint; it just happened. That’s a good step towards the right direction,
towards a better life.
