If you’re Gonna Play Video Games, do it Consistently and with Purpose | August 6th, 2019

So I want to show you this:

This sequence of events….

*Hey google stop*

-Sorry, google was playing “[People] in Paris,” and it was distracting my thought process-

…is now cemented as my morning ritual (AND nothing will deter me from breaking this (it may be modified, the essesance will always be the same))

I think it’s essential to have a morning routine, and if you’re suffering from depression, try it out.

It doesn’t have to be exactly like mine, try to find things you like to do, whether it is reading, playing a challenging video game, texting someone good morning, BUT,

this warning is coming from the heart,

DO NOT

EVER

LOOK through social media the first thing in the morning.

Trust me,

actually, I think you know exactly what I am talking about; it’s counterproductive and serves as mini dopamine hits that leave the brain seeking more instant gratification,

like porn, or more social media scrolling,

and Intense porn.

Unless your ambitions must require you to look into your social media stats (or porn), that is different, that is looking with purpose.

…THE POINT I AM TRYING TO SAY:

Have consistent morning routine that is full of purpose, and you will find yourself achieving everything you had set out to do that day, week, month, year, decade, and life.

*Hey google, continue playing “[People] in Paris.”
