Feeling lost feels

strange,

don’t get me wrong,

it’s not strange in a sense that it is unique,

We all feel this “lost” at some point in our lives.

Unless you’re a psychopath, then, what lost means to you is the moment when people find out that you are a psychopath; you’re alone in your definition of hell.

I digress.

Emotions feel numb, and heightened, like sitting in a dark room, then all of a sudden, a bright light turns on…

The light is still bright, and it hurts to look at it, but the initial pain of it disappears.

Nothing feels like home, but for me, my car does.

Well, the idea of my car; the urge to escape.

But I never do.

Being lost is a weird place to be. I wish I can describe it to you with the sincerity of its moment, but I can’t, nor do I want to to have that opportunity again.

Feeling lost feels like home, if the house is a broken home, and all you want to do is escape, but that home is the only home that you will ever know.

My friend lost her mother yesterday.

I asked her how she feels, and she responded with this:

I’m calling my mom as I typed this.

With Love and Sincerity,
