So I took a
non- resisted [genuine] deload week, for real this time.
For the past ten years of my power lifting career (okay, it’s nine years; since Fall of 2011), I deloaded due to necessity. Like, because I had to. Because of injury, extreme fatigue, or away from the squat rack due to traveling (still worked out any way I could).
I’m 27 years old.
I am around only 248 pounds away from national qualification. That’s 82.333 pounds each lift, and my bench can improve surpassed it’s share of the burden.
I am 27 years old. This is my athletic prime.

I know I am
a the National contender Champion for the 66 kg weight class in USAPL.
